Not all salt is the same
Our table salt or common salt no longer has anything to do with the actual meaning of the word "salt" - it is sodium chloride. Table salt undergoes a lengthy refining process in which it comes into contact with over 200 different chemicals and almost all elements are split off - except for sodium and chloride.
Application:
Brine drinking cure, brine bath (especially for skin problems like neurodermatitis/scalp psoriasis), brine inhalation, brine rinses, brine rubs, oral and dental hygiene, etc. (for baths use at least 1/2kg of natural salt)
